Reports to: VP of Sales & Service
Location: Olathe, KS
Popstar Networks is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting our digital media software& mobility solutions and services to both new prospects and established clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales Director & Sales Executive Management to determine essential strategic approaches for sales revenue growth.
- Respond to inbound sales calls or web inquiries in a fast and efficient manner, meeting and exceeding quotas established with the VP of Sales for inbound and outbound sales call and e-mail prospecting.
- Follow up, track and document sales leads generated and determined to be converted to a sales lead from marketing programs to our Retail, QSR & Healthcare target markets.
- Be the critical contact for Popstar Networks’ sales team and clients for communications regarding quotations, contracts and account activity status.
- Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets and forecasts to report on lead generation activity and revenue pipeline growth.
- Capture of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, ideally with experience in selling web-based applications w/ SaaS models.
- Previous insides sales team management responsibilities desired.
- Experience with vertical markets such as Retail, QSR and Healthcare will be noted in particular.
- Demonstrated success with defining and executing sales revenue generation plans and targets.
- Thorough understanding of various digital media and web development technologies.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Expert in CRM software solutions, i.e. Salesforce.com
- Solid organization, presentation and time management skills
- Highly proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business marketing, sales or technical field
